The Future of Workforce Management

We believe businesses can optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. While some workforce management vendors only focus on operational efficiencies, other solutions concentrate solely on the employee experience side of the equation, leaving you stuck in the middle.

That’s why we’ve expanded the Legion Workforce Management (WFM) platform, introducing four new modules: Labor Budgeting, Frontline Communications, Legion InstantPay, and Performance and Rewards.

Watch this on-demand webcast to learn more about how Legion’s data-driven workforce management platform can help you develop better plans and improve execution while simultaneously empowering hourly employees.
